By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Gaiasupplements is a trading name of Gaia Supplements Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. Our products are intended for personal use and not for resale.

2. Product Use, Age Restrictions & Suitability
You must be 16 years or over to purchase general food supplements from our store.
Age verification is enforced at checkout using third-party verification tools where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm you meet the age requirements for the selected products.
It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before using any supplements, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.

3. Order & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at checkout using the available payment options on our site.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect customer information.

5. Returns & Refund Policy
Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Return Eligibility:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are processed once returned goods are received and inspected
We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. If already shipped, the order must be returned as per the returns policy.

7. Subscriptions
We offer product subscriptions to provide a convenient and consistent delivery service for our customers.
By subscribing, you agree to be charged on a recurring basis for the product(s) selected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations must be made at least 14 working days prior to the next renewal date.
Subscriptions are fulfilled based on forecasted demand, and products are produced to order in our facility. As such, late cancellations may not be refunded if production has already commenced.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
