Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days – £3.99 or FREE on orders over £50

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days – £6.99

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.

Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@gaiasupplements.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos if possible so we can assist promptly.
